BRAD INGLIS

Clinical Psychologist

About

People often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, and unsure how to move forward. It can be hard to connect with others or to fully show up in life.

I offer a thoughtful and supportive space to slow things down, make sense of your experiences, and work toward changes that support both your emotional wellbeing and your relationships over time.

How I work

I aim to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and able to speak openly at your own pace.

I work with adults and adolescents with a range of needs and goals including:

  • Coping with anxiety and depression

  • Building healthy relationships

  • Changing behaviours

  • Managing effects of trauma

I am skilled in providing assessment and treatment for:

  • Anxiety & Depression

  • Perfectionism & Procrastination

  • Attention Deficit / Hyperactive Disorder

  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

  • Eating Disorders

  • Relationship and Communication Difficulties

I completed my Masters in Clinical Psychology at Griffith University on the Gold Coast in 2010 and have spent my time since working in public and private sector offering psychological assessment and therapy.

I am a Member of the Australian Psychology Society (APS) and Fellow of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists.
